Til,
demo2 has detailed instructions about how to compile and
install the "++" version.
If your compilation would not go during recommended
procedure, please let me know as much details as possible,
including error messages from compiler.
If you compile using different approach, I doubt if I can
help.
"++" version is actually a snapshot of the stable branch,
collected from the cvs server on a date shown near the
reference. You can take a fresh snapshot (see demo2 about
how to do it). Then you may complain to the user mailing
list about the stable snapshot.
