Hello Everybody,
I have a question, I'm experiencing some problems
trying to revoke certificates (see
http://www.mail-archive.com/openca-users%40lists.sourceforge.net/msg08322.html)
So I guess this could be because of a database with
garbage, so I want to clean my DB from Revocations and
start it over again. So it is necessary just to remove
CRRs from DBs? or should I also delete index.txt? What
else should I do?
What do I mean with database with garbage? well we
used to have 3 special OIDs, but now, we have one more
OID, so the certificates we issued have only the first
3 OIDs, so I guess that when trying to revoke
certificates, the CA reads openssl file for the
required role and then it sees no complete match and
dies, is this correct? or does it have nothing to do
with the revocation problem?
Thanks a lot for any help,
Johnny
