As the error msg mentioned, u need to set a mail account for openca
Plz check out the following 2 file
/path/to/openca/etc/servers/ca.conf
set SERVICE_MAIL_ACCOUNT "{$MAIL_ACCOUNT}"
/path/to/openca/etc/config.xml
set
<option>
<name>service_mail_account</name>
<value>{$MAIL_ACCOUNT}</value>
</option>
It should work.
