The Distinguished Name (DN) of the entry as which OpenCA authenticates
itself has to be within the naming space of the LDAP server Thus e.g.
your namespace is dc=organization,dc=org then the DN of the
authentication entry has to be below this hierarchy, e.g.
cn=openca,ou=people,dc=organization,dc=org
If you think, that your respective configuration is OK. ask again,
providing your ldap configuration.
