Hi,

yes you can merge the different Interfaces into one interface.

You have to... 
... add the links to the commands you need to the ca interface in
etc/menu.xml.template
... configure the access to the commands you need in
etc/rbac/acl.xml.template
... merge the configuration parameters you need from
etc/servers/*.conf.template into etc/servers/ca.conf.template
