OpenCA uses OpenSSL as the base-library - so have a look how to generate
those certificates with openssl. If OpenSSL doesn't support this kind of
certificates/attributes, OpenCA won't neither.

If you know how to generate them with OpenSSL, then you can add the
necessary information in etc/openssl/ subdirectories to the necessary
files or create new 'roles' beside changing existing ones. (Have a look
into the documentation how to do this)

The formulars can be extended with the necessary Fields in the
etc/server config files, to support it at the frontend.
