I have a question about renewed certificate installation on IE
On the RA interface I rerew the Archived request and issue the certificate,but when I install this certificate use "GetRequested Certificate" on the PUB interface,I input this certificate serial and press "OK",It shows below information

I know it is because I install a certificate before,but how can I install this renewed cerficate on IE?
but when I install this cerficate use above steps on firefox browser,The certificate install successfully.what is the reason?
Can you give me some advise on how to install the renewed certificate on IE?Thanks!
