Short Answer: read the documentation.
Not-so-Short Answer: You need to configure your system by editing the
*.templates configuration files and run the configure_etc.sh script in
order to generate the configuration files. After this, start the openca
daemon (which is not the apache server -- which should be already running)
by using the openca_start script.
By the way if you look at the mail archive you'll find the answer to
your question... ;-D
