Sorry, I found an old document. Newer versions of mod_ssl have other
environment variables.

Apache-ssl: HTTPS_SECRETKEYSIZE
Mod_ssl: SSL_CIPHER_USEKEYSIZE

The easiest way to solve this problem is to set

<symmetric_keylength>0</symmetric_keylength

in your *.conf.template and let the apache restrict the keylength of your
ssl sessions.

Otherwise it must be added to the openca CGI's and AC.pm
