Well, there are some details published on the website... just look at the
OpenCA-NG project at the main openca website:

As the changes are VERY big, I guess we'll need some times before the NG
version of OpenCA could be deployed in a running environment. My suggestion
is to start with the current version of OpenCA.

The current OpenCA will probably have some updates but no major updates are
currently planned if no need from the users are *strongly* required because
of the few resources we currently have... but if someone wants to contribute,
we are in the need for fresh developers!!! :-D
