Hi,

I got the same error number when I tried to access my CA-interface.
I looked at my files in /usr/local/openca.0.9.2/openca/var/log/xml and
coud see, that in some of the directories e.g. 'session' and 'time'
the files where owned by root-user and not by the web server's user.
In my case i did
chown -R wwwrun:www /usr/local/openca.0.9.2/openca/var/log/xml/session
and the same for the directory 'time'

Perhaps this helps you a little.

Kind regards, Matthias.
