Hello Joachim,

as now it is not required you install 0.9.8 as on many systems the 0.9.7
version is still the default one. You can safely use the 0.9.7 (check for
known openssl bugs anyway) - the only part that actually depends directly
on openssl is the OpenSSL.xs (which needs to be updated to enhance
compatibility with 0.9.7+ and 0.9.8+).
