As far as I have seen, the most current version is in CVS. http://openca.cvs.sourceforge.net/*checkout*/openca/doc/guide/openca-guide.pdf That's easier to fetch than to create it anew, as you might not have all necessary tools installed. (When I tried it first, the images did not appear in the docs.) I have found that the docs are not completely up-to-date, though, and that one needs to investigate the config files and learn about them in detail. One also needs to look at the code from time to time; IMHO OpenCA is `Use the Source, Luke!' software.
