I am not so familiar with OpenCA yet, but I think the crypto is based on 
OpenSSL.
We use an Utimaco HSM with OpenSSL in a Solaris environment. So I think you 
need to check if your HSM is able to work with OpenSSL an what parameters 
will be needed. I suspect these have to be inserted into token.xml.
