Hi Christophe,
1) Check if your SELinux is set to "Permissive" or disable SELinux for
httpd.
2) What database are you using? Make sure the jdbc connectivity driver for
the db you are using are installed on your fedora. machine. I am using
mysql db, but I failed to install the mysql jdbc driver and this was one of
the problem.
3) Check your openca log file.
