When I try to login to "https://OPENCA_IP /ra" with right user/pass, I will
get the following message:

I have seen all the other threads on the same topic trying to apply the
suggestions: making sure that /usr/local/openra/var/lib/lox/xml /session OR
/time
is owned by webserver user , but with no RESULT
Appreciate any help and suggestion
