I rebuilded database, and remove
/opt/openca/var/openca/crypto/chain/cacert.crt,
/opt/openca/var/openca/crypto/chain/*.0,
/opt/openca/var/openca/crypto/cacerts/*,
/opt/openca/var/openca/crypto/keys/*, /opt/openca/var/openca/tmp/* and
restart openca
So I created key pair and self signed certificate. when I was creating
(issue step) CA Operator certificate show this error:

OpenCA::OpenSSL returns errocode 7731075 (OpenCA::OpenSSL->issueCert:

CA certificate and CA private key do not match
