You have two options:
1st - go to the pub interface, generate a request (Server Side), issue
      the certificate and then download it in SSLeay format (view the
      certificate - click on 'More Info..' and then use the 'donwload'
      command from the bottom of the page).

2nd - generate the private key and the request by using the openssl
      tool (eg., 'openssl req -new -out req.pem -subj "..." ... ) and
      then use the Server Request form on the pub interface, issue the
      certificate, download it and install it in apache.

The first is the easiest, I guess :D
