Hi lampa, it is very simple - just set the DEBUG variable to 1 in the main script (eg., pki/ca/ra in PREFIX/var/www/cgi-bin/.. ) or in the single module you want to debug (in PREFIX/lib/openca/perl_modules/perl5/OpenCA/... ).
