Hi Milano,

I have resolved the same and I am able to install now after updating all the required packages.

Please let me know if we can use Informix Db and Critical Path Ldap for OpenCA????

Anil Aliyan

Subject: Re: [Openca-Users] Configure_etc command in Solaris

Hi Anil,

check that the environment variables in the scripts are set correctly. In
particular that the perl is located in the location set at the top of the
scripts.

For example if the first line in /opt/openca/bin/openca-configure is:

#! /usr/bin/perl

then you have to be suer that you have /usr/bin/perl.

For the 'sh -e' problem: it is due to the Solaris' fork for sh (another
quirk of Sun's attitude toward standard behavior.. :D). I think that commenting
the line should be fine.

One question, though. Which version of solaris are you using ? I don't think
I have this problem in solaris 11.

Later,
Max

With Original configure_etc.sh file when i run #sh configure_etc.sh i get only
