I have signed a certain certificate but now checking through the valid certificate list in the openca CA website I cant see that certificate. I have no idea why it is not in the database but i need to have it there for best practice as well as i need to revoke it (as i updated CRL information and needed to recreate that certificate). Is there a manual way of adding that certificate into the OpenCA database so I can revoke it from the CA website?
