Yap, i have tried to install OpenSSL-0.09 perl module and it simply doesnt 
work! the same error still comes up

I am reading this quickly so may not be answering wisely but the
information seems straightforward.  Can you verify the error messages,
i.e., are those files missing or inaccessible? If so, something has
mangled during the installation.  Just a quick guess - John
