I get this weird error and Google is of no help

OpenCA::OpenSSL->setError: errno: 7700110
OpenCA::OpenSSL->setError: errval: There is no translation function specified.

Also when I use the command openca-newcert the directory "private" is
created but "outbound/certs" is no where in sight. The only argument
passed is $path as specified by the man page of OpenCA::OpenSSL. This
is the same error I get when I try to create a CA certificate.

In case you are wondering I cant login through the web interface
(@default_web_password@ is root right).

Thanks
