He had the same problem (Fedora 9), but changing policies Security
(SELinux Management) system, I worked correctly.

Hello,

it seems the problem is with the OpenCA::OpenSSL module. The error
itself is strange,
on which system are you installing OpenCA ? And, especially, which
version of OpenSSL
are you using ?

When I start openca, I get this error:
