Thank you for your answer, Massimiliano! While creating request with
cyrillic (utf8) in fields( http://old.nabble.com/file/p27856172/pic1.png
pic1.png ), all fields are displayed in proper cyrillic symbols(
http://old.nabble.com/file/p27856172/pic2.png pic2.png ). But after
creation, say, overlooking the requests, all fields that were ok are shown
in unreadable symbols( http://old.nabble.com/file/p27856172/pic3.png
pic3.png ). Browser is set to utf-8. Playing with different codepages in
browser brings nothing useful. Database server (MySQL 5.1) is set to
default_character_set=utf8. Playing with codepages in browser brings no
good.
