I'm clearly 'not ready' for openCA in its current state -- between the
sparse, and apparently occasionally outdated, docs, and the confusion
around the installation process, i'll stick with our own automated CA
scripts for now.

I'll keep an eye on openCA -- ultimately, it's where we want to go!
