Fair enough. A lot of people ask for zero intervention.
This should be implemented in the batch subsystem. A member did for 0.9x
version but he will not port code to current.

Like the auto-certification and auto-CRL daemons, it would ask for the
key passphrase on startup and only store it in memory.
