Hello,
Mark, you can create CSR for wildcard SSL certificate using OpenSSL. Taka a
look here:
http://www.openssl.org/docs/HOWTO/
Where openssl asks for "Common name" just type SSL host name with asterix, i.e.
*.mydomain.com or *-site.mydomain.com
Note, that later in OpenCA RA interface you can edit your request.
Have a good day,
Dmitrij

Subject: [Openca-Users] wildcard certificates
I’d like to generate out some subdomain wildcard certificates with openca. Is
this possible? How do I go about it? The only way I’ve been able to find
non-user certificates is using the web server request, but it wants a CSR. Can
I create a CSR for a wildcard cert?
