Hello listreaders,
I successfully setup the most recent OpenCA version in the following
configuration.
A RootCA build using openssl and self generated scripts.
A SubCA signed by the Root
Three RA's connected to the SubCA.
Everythings seems to work fine except one thing. The three RA's shall be
distinguished from each other, cause they are used from completeley
different user groups. If a user requests a certificate at RA1, he receives
CRIN and issiung mails that were generated by the SubCA instead the RA1. The
problem now is, that the links in that mails point to the SubCA host instead
the RA1 host. That's a big of a problem and we do not find a way to convince
OpenCA to let the RA's generate the emails instead the SubCA.
There should be a soltution for that, otherwise driving more than one RA per
CA makes no sense at all.
Any suggestions?
Thx in advance
Felix.
