Hi Andreas, I had the same problem with IE8. For new request since the migration it worked fine. Now that I'm on IE11, all are broken. I tried Mozilla too so that checks out with what you saying about browsers. That will be a big problem for us since IE8 will be no more very shortly.
I haven't tried batch operation testing until I get this import data issue resolved. We don't auto approve when submitting by scep. I get notified when a request is uploaded to go approve. So I can't help you there. Dave
