The Error Code: 740201 [initServer:314] No login appears when the login mechanism has failed. Which type did you configure? It's in the web-interfaces/*/access_control.xml files in the login section of access_control. For each web-interface (ra, ca, ldap, scep, pub, batch, node) there is a separate configuration file. Also, I think there should be a message in the xml logs which tells you more about what failed in the login procedure
