To generate a certificate for the RA Operator use the issue_certs.bin
it will generate a key-pair (either the secret key and the public
one). Then use the browserExport to generate a .p12 file (importable
in netscape).

I know it's been a long time since last release (too much, indeed!) but
I have been so much busy in this period I had no time to set for a new
release.
Much work have been done, most of wich will help in adding new features,
anyway it took more than I expected adapting old code to the new modules.
Most of the work has been done, but not all: actually some basic RA
functions still needs to be converted so cvs code it is not usable for
a working CA... if you want to take a look into functions, download last
SNAP...
I am sorry - please have patience for 2-3 weeks from now, I think by that date
to be able to send out a new release.
