The OpenCA 0.2.0 version was out at the time of the 0.9.4 version of
OpenSSL and it was lacking some features we needed.
If you use 0.9.5 you don't need to patch it because many patches were
included in the OpenSSL distribution.

No.

I will send out a new version 0.2.0-patch4 which will fix a stupid bug
(already signaled) - this to fix it while waiting for the new upcoming
release ( probably something like 0.5 or 0.6 ).
