When you issue the certificate for the RAO obviously you have to use another
way because the web interface needs already one to properly work. What you have
to do is, on the CA, to use the 'bin/issue_cert.bin' command to issue a new
certificate (secret and public key) and then use the bin/browserExport.bin to
export the certificate in a .p12 format - the generated file (certs/p12/) is
ready to be imported into Netscape ( security->import certificate).
Before importing the RAO certificate import, into Netscape, the CA certificate.

You have to export the CA certificate from the CA and then import the CA certificate
into the RAServer. Then check the ra.conf and secure.cnf files to be sure the
CA Certificate is correctly pointed.
