Because of the javascript 'crypt' function adds the ability to
permanently sign data by the client - so simple forms can be
turned into documents and signed without using additional software.
Netscape is available for almost any OS unlike IE wich is available
only for few of them and not suitable for security related usage...
This is it. We are expecting someone from the CSP to send in paches
to add the ability to sign forms from within IE also but this implies
the usage of activeX controls ...
