Never had that kind of problems before... anyway try this
(it is a wrong-way solution, but it should solve your
problem) copy the TRISTateCGI.pm module to the dir:
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.0/OpenCA
(if the OpenCA dir does not exitsts yet use mkdir to create
it).
