As this problem have been already submitted I'll send it to the m-list too.
This probably is tied to a mod_ssl configuration option, try, if missing,
adding this line in the RAserver configuration section:
SSLOptions +FakeBasicAuth +ExportCertData +CompatEnvVars
The ExportCertData is the keyword responsable for sending out certificates
and the CompatEnvVars probably will fix the problem, anyway test it and let
us know...
