The test scripts are not my friends... I will check for it, anyway you can
simply ignore them...

Please take note that you should use the modules wich have come with the
full OpenCA package because of many changes occourred either in the OpenCA
structure and into OpenSSL. So, please, don't update modules for using with
older version of OpenCA( 0.2.0-xxx use openssl-0.9.5 or 0.9.4 ).
I am sorry for this 'unwanted' side effect of the updating of the structure,
but we couldn't avoid it.

P.S.: Your problem could be also tied to the exporting of the Operator's
certificate, check for the apache configuration for:
SSLOptions +FakeBasicAuth +ExportCertData +CompatEnvVars
as options for the RAServer server... (needed to export certificate data).
