The NET-LDAPApi is old and nomore supported - that's why we actually use
the perl-ldap module. Anyway it seems there is a version problem, you should
install openldap (1.2) version and not 2.xx because the includes are not
compatible and will give 'make' errors when compiling the LDAPApi module.
