Check the misc/apache dir, there you should find some apache configuration
files for the CA and the RAServer (ca.con.example and raserver.conf.example).
Start from there. Also there are some init scripts to be used with RH
(CA and RAServer) put them into the /etc/rc.d/init.d directory and activate
the server with $scriptName {start|stop}.
You should have apache installed into /usr/local/apache and openssl in
/usr/local/openssl (or /usr/local/ssl - I cannot remember).
