I am not at home at the moment, but off hand these are the changes i needed i think:
1-class path needs to include base and core jar files that ship from OCF in
convenience.zip
2-opencard.properties was amended to use the PC/SC interface so it was
CardTerminals.PCFS10CardFactory (or whatever, check the docs !)
3-I installed the driver for the reader that shipped with the CyberFlex Access SDK,
though there is a version downloadable from the schlumberger web-site:
http://www.readers.slb.com/Support/support.html#Drivers
you need to d/l, unzip and install the PC/SC Windows Driver
