But a distinction has to be made between readers: * ISO 7816 compliant and * ISO 7816 and EMV compliant. So, it is possible to write CardService, based on the T=1 protocol from ISO 7816, to allow the use of purse cards like Proton or Visa Cash, right ? But what about EMV ? I guess it is not possible to develop an OCF service for EMV-compliant cards if the reader only support ISO 7816 commands ? Sebastien
Hi Sebastian, Yes it is possible to implement a car service for practially anything you need (eg Mondex, Proton etc).
