[OCF] 'no response from smartcard' problem

Hi,

for a few days I am fighting with a strange problem.  After performing some
card services methods (read binary, verify,...) I always get a error during
GPKCardService.InitHashedData. I use my own GPKServices but the problem I
also encunered when using gemplus GPK8000 services.

My enviroment is OCF1.2, JDK 1.1.8, GPK8000 and GCR410,
