Your code should work just unchanged, whether you are developing
applications, CardServices, or CardTerminals, the 1.2 version is
supposed to be able to run any code that ran on 1.1.1, otherwise
it's a bug. In fact, features that have changed has been let in
place and just labeled as "deprecated" so as to ensure an easy
upgrade for older code. We tried 1.2 on the GPK CardServices with
the compilation option that provides warnings for use of deprecated
features and the only one was the use of a CardRequest in .. the test
program! For the Gemplus CardTerminal, more warnings were found
(timeout arguments etc.) but it still works nevertheless.
More detailed explanations of what have changed whether you are
a CardTerminal/CardService/ or application developer can be found
in the Changes Page: http://www.opencard.org/docs/1.2/changes.html
Hope it helps.
Cheers,
Christophe.
