Hello Mr. Lee,
My first idea is like this. After several years with the smart card
technology, I know reasons.
(1) Human being. People like credit card, some new technologies may be
credit card size.
(2) Pro-Active Component. Floppies & CD-ROMs, are passive components.
Smart cards (CPU card) are active components when powered.
