Hi

I'm fairly new to smart cards so I may not be correct but, couldn't the smart
card part of the application (written in Java) be placed in a Java Bean, then
converted to an ActiveX control (which is a fairly simple process) and then
placed on the form of a Visual Basic application just like any other ActiveX
control? Then when the application requires the use of the smart card, it would
simply access the properties and methods of the control.

Regards

Pete
