Dear member of the OCF mailing list During Technical Meeting and Board official meeting it was decided to open more the process of the Technical Committee. Now if you want to submit a new enhancement or new feature to the OCF via RFP/RFC you can. The URL http://www.opencard.org/work/ describe the TC process. In the previous process only members of the consortium were allowed to propose a new RFP (and then RFC), now you can propose an RFP/RFC with the support of a member used as proxy, or if you don't find a proxy or volunteer in the member list, I propose as Chairman of the TC to forward your RFP/RFC inside the Technical Committee.
