Can you think of any other reason this would happen?
It's occuring on 2 Win98 machines with PCSC readers (2 different readers)
and 1 windows 2000 machine with a native driver (Litronic 210).
The only common thread is OCF.
When we run with "dummy" replacement classes that don't use OCF, everything
runs fine with normal CPU usage.
We're using OCF1.1.1 by the way.
