Yes, it seems that all the accounted e-purse schemes in Europe intend to
migrate to CEPS, with public key security. We will still see many brands.
Proton, ChipKnip, CASH, VisaCash, GeldKarte, Clip, Moneo are all in the
CEPS migration group as far as I can tell. How long before they have full
international interoperabilty is another story.
