The packages is needed if the functionality is not moved to other packages.
We have to wait and see what will happen in the next release of OCF. I guess
that they will have to do something about these export restriction issues.
Anyway, why use the key on the card. Upload it to the host and do the
ciphering there. It is only private keys that have to be secretly stored on
the card.
